Driven by a desire to offer comprehensive solutions, CONTENUR provides maintenance and upkeep services for all products encompassing the management of urban waste and children’s playgrounds. This is largely due to our long history in the sector, which has enabled us to become specialists in the provision of services for the urban environment.

CONTENUR uses machinery and vehicles which incorporate state-of-the-art technology and specific tools to provide an unbeatable timely response to any issues that may arise.

Services provided by CONTENUR include:

• Installation and assembly of containers and litter bins.
• Mechanical cleaning of litter bins “on-site” or at the depot (MSW and selective waste collection).
• Inspection and corrective/preventive maintenance of underground containers, internal cleaning of the pits and external cleaning of the disposal columns and platforms.
• Removal of graffiti.
• Mechanical maintenance and upkeep of containers, litter bins and Sanecan containers.
• Installation and assembly of children’s playgrounds.
• Mechanical maintenance and upkeep of recycling banks, anti-vandal exercise equipment, paddle tennis courts and recreation areas, biohealth equipment and apparatus for the older generation.
• Inspection and corrective/preventive maintenance of children’s playgrounds in accordance with regulation EN 1176-7.

The service facilitates client management via advanced software systems which can store and allow access to work that has been carried out or any issues which may have arisen.

CONTENUR also has a Research & Development Department which serves and assists clients and offers products tailored to the specific requirements of each city, with field surveys to determine the most appropriate solution.

Respect for the environment and accountable environmental performance are important to CONTENUR, so we have implemented a certified Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 (GA-2014/0276) and have assessed and entered both our Getafe factory and our Services Division on Spain’s Carbon Footprint Register.

Since 2010, CONTENUR has been certified with OHSAS 18001, which specifies the requirements for a Health & Safety management system in the workplace, and aims to create an organisation which controls its risks and improves its performance. The OHSAS certification recognises and highlights the conformance of CONTENUR’s management system with regulation OHSAS 18001:2007.
